It’s been a real pleasure to live at Broomfield Road and it’s the nicest student house I’ve seen during my time at Warwick, by a country mile!

St George’s road has been a lovely place to stay in, the house was lovely and clean on arrival and everything in the house was of good quality!

They came to meet us when we moved in, they made us feel relaxed and comfortable and wanted us to enjoy our time here- they treated us like adults! We all wish we had found these landlords in year 1! If we have ever had a problem they are straight on to sorting it, you will definitely have peace of mind that should you ever have a problem it will be sorted promptly.

I’m really pleased to have found one of LSA’s houses to stay in (Arthur St). The standard of furnishings shows that they care about their tenants and Paul and Wendy are always willing to pop around if we need anything done – we’ve all got their number and they respond quickly. The garden is kept in shape for us, and the house is in good repair so rarely needs anything done to it. They show us a lot of respect and always let us know if they or anyone else needs to come into the house.

I am very impressed with LSA and the property (Arthur St ) we are renting off them. They do their best to keep them in excellent condition and are just on the other end of the phone if we need them. Which, as students, is just what we want in a landlord. We have also been told by many friends, that the deal we found is one of the best in comparison to other student properties. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in search of a good property to rent with a good landlord, you won’t find much better.

I was looking for a clean, safe and appealing place to live during my one-year Msc program. To me, feeling comfortable where I live is one of most crucial things and forms the foundation for a good experience abroad. I instantly got the feeling that they care about their tenants. The effort and willingness to provide information was outstanding compared to others. I was warmly welcomed and offered help with any issue that may occur. Everything was clean and tidy – I instantly felt I can make this my home. Their understanding of a landlord’s duties go far beyond just offering accommodation. Whenever any problem occurs, you can be sure that it will be fixed as fast as possible. From what I heard from fellow students and their experiences with landlords, I am very grateful to have found a clean, safe and high standard place with caring and friendly landlords. I wholeheartedly recommend LSA houses.

Being an international student, it can be quite daunting at having to look for good properties to live in for a year. However my landlords offered me a very wonderful room in a very well maintained house quite close to my University. They are always prompt in their responses to our needs and always on hand to fix anything that needs to be fixed just a phone call away, never have i had landlords who cared so much about their tenants in all the 8 years i have been in the UK.

From my 3 years of experience renting student housing the only thing I regret is not finding LSA within my first year away from the university halls of residence. After 2 years accepting sub-standard housing as a norm for students, discovering LSA property was a huge eye opener. The house was immaculate, secure and well fitted. The highlight, however, were the landlords who went above and beyond on a number of occasions.

Students! Don’t put up with sub-standard! Fantastic landlords and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again.

I was looking for a house to share with other postgraduate students, clean and well-kept. I was also looking for caring, helpful and honest landlords. You might think that’s a bit too much, and so did I (out of previous experience). Well, not only Paul and Wendy are just like that, but they also care about you as a person, not simply a tenant. That makes a big difference, and that’s why I would recommend their accommodations over most of the others I have seen.

LSA has provided a very professional and friendly service to us this year. They have always been incredibly helpful and quick to respond to questions and inform us of any scheduled visitors to the house. The property (Torrington Ave ) was in immaculate condition when we arrived and we were asked if everything was functional/ satisfactory within the first week of moving in. You will struggle to find landlords who are as considerate and conscientious!

The house (Standard Ave) was above all new and well looked after. It felt more like a family home than a temporary student place. I always felt safe with the quality of security and that LSA would be easily contactable. Very helpful and friendly landlords that actually treat students as adults. Highly recommended.

My experience living in Brunswick Rd Earlsdon was incredible. The landlords were so nice and helpful from the beginning to the end of my stay in their house. They are particular about maintaining their houses well-preserved and clean, as well as allowing the students feel comfortable. I highly recommend to international students to contact LSA and choose their houses. If I had the opportunity to do another MA I would choose their house again!

Since we moved in (to Vecquerary St ) we have loved every second of living here, the house is furnished to a high standard and much better than what we expected as students. The landlords have been very helpful and are always available to answer our calls and queries. Any problems we have had have been sorted promptly. We have enjoyed our time living here and know that we are living in a safe house.

I have spent 3 years in Broomfield Rd and Arthur St. I can wholeheartedly recommend LSA as landlords. They really do care about their tenants and are always happy to do that little bit extra .It really makes a difference not having to worry about your accommodation whilst you’re studying. From what I’ve been hearing from my friends that’s everything but the norm.

I have lived in one of LSA houses (Centenary Rd) for two years and I have been highly satisfied with my stay. The house is in very good condition, above the usual student accommodation that I viewed in the area, and provided a comfortable home for me for two years. The landlords are very friendly and helpful and sorted out any problems right away. I would definitely recommend renting one of their houses.
